Location: Remote — candidates must be physically based in the United States.
Employment: Full-time, B2B contract.
Compensation: $3,000/month + performance-based bonuses.
Openings: 2 positions.
About the Role
We're looking for two confident and motivated Sales Professionals to join our growing US-based online entertainment project.
You'll work with an existing database of registered users, make outbound calls, present offers and bonuses, handle objections and encourage customer engagement.
No cold calling or lead hunting — you'll work with an existing customer base.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in phone-based B2C sales, telesales, inside sales or call center sales.
- Fluent English and confident phone communication with U.S. customers.
- Russian language skills — ability to understand and communicate with Russian-speaking management and team members.
- Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
- Must be physically based in an eligible U.S. state.
iGaming experience is a plus, but not required. Product training is provided.
Schedule & Benefits
- Monday–Friday, 10 AM–7 PM Eastern Time.
- Fully remote.
- Online office (camera on and screen sharing during working hours).
- $3,000 monthly compensation + additional performance-based bonuses after probation.
- 5 paid days off every 6 months.
Location
Priority states: Florida, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania and Ohio.
