I have a tenant who is looking for a property for his family for 6 months. Currently theyre staying at a hotel. $20,000/month budget( more if worth it). Need spacious 3 bedrooms. Luxury furnishings. The community should have a good child play area (the son loves football). Move in sept 14. They didnt find Bluewaters so amazing. Pls suggest option
