Dear citizens of Greater Vancouver and the surrounding areas. On August 20, 2023 at 1pm, a protest rally "Putin is a Killer" will take place near Vancouver Public Library at 300 West Georgia Street. The purpose of the protest is to show solidarity with Ukraine and everyone who speaks out against the criminal war unleashed by Putin. With this protest, we call Canadian and International society for declaring Putin a civil and war criminal. We also call Canadian and International society for taking decisive steps to end the war in Ukraine and make Putin accountable for the crimes he committed. Additionally, we call Canadian and International society for increasing the volume of supports for Ukraine to end the Kremlin's armed aggression against Ukrainian people as soon as possible. The location of the protest is Vancouver Public Library at 300 West Georgia Street. The date and time of the protest is August 20, Sunday at 1:00pm.
